De wetenschappelijke naam voor dit op water gebaseerde proces is alkalische hydrolyse. Het is hetzelfde proces dat deel uitmaakt van de natuurlijke gang van zaken wanneer een lichaam in de aarde wordt gelegd. Een combinatie van zachte waterstroming, temperatuur en alkaliteit wordt gebruikt om de afbraak van organisch materiaal te versnellen.<\/span><\/p><div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\"><div id=\"elementor-tab-content-19316\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix elementor-active\" role=\"tabpanel\" data-tab=\"16\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-19316\"><div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\"><div id=\"elementor-tab-content-16416\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix elementor-active\" role=\"tabpanel\" data-tab=\"16\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-16416\"><p><span class=\"TextRun SCXW173866493\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW173866493\">De moderne technologie wordt al meer dan 25 jaar gebruikt door universiteiten en de wetenschappelijke industrie! De eerste dierenopvang werd geopend in 2007, en het eerste uitvaartcentrum dat de technologie gebruikte, was in 2011.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p>Het Aquamatieproces wordt uitgevoerd na eventuele kijk- of bezoekdiensten die de familie wenst. Wanneer het tijd is voor het proces, <strong>het individuele lichaam wordt respectvol in een roestvrijstalen vat geplaatst. Alkali wordt aan het proces toegevoegd op basis van individuele kenmerken<\/strong> (gewicht, geslacht, conserveringstoestand), <strong>en het vat vult zich met water.<\/strong>\u00a0 De oplossing van 95%-water en 5%-alkali wordt verwarmd tot 200-300 \u00b0F en gedurende het gehele proces voorzichtig gecirculeerd.\u00a0\u00a0<span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>Een veel misverstaan feit is dat het eigenlijk<strong> het water dat de afbraak uitvoert tijdens het Aquamation-proces, niet de alkali.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>Een hydrolysereactie is elke reactie waarbij bindingen worden verbroken door de toevoeging van watermoleculen. Bij alkalische hydrolyse wordt een base aan water toegevoegd om een alkalische omgeving te cre\u00ebren.\u00a0 Dit verandert het gedrag van de watermoleculen, waardoor ze dissoci\u00ebren in waterstof- en hydroxide-ionen.  De oplossing bestaat voor slechts 5% uit alkali; 95% is water.  Even belangrijk voor het proces zijn de fysische kenmerken van het systeem (ontwerp), de continue stroming van de oplossing en de warmte.  Dit alles houdt verband met de botsingstheorie en de snelheid en volledigheid van een reactie.<span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>Ons lichaam bestaat in de eerste plaats voor 65% uit water, naast vet, eiwitten, mineralen en koolhydraten. Tijdens dit proces worden vetten afgebroken tot zouten, eiwitten tot aminozuren en kleine peptiden (groepen van enkele aminozuren) en koolhydraten tot suikers. Het proces breekt alle organische stoffen af tot hun meest elementaire bouwstenen, die zo klein zijn dat er geen spoor van eiwitten of nucle\u00efnezuren (DNA\/RNA) overblijft.\u00a0 De organische stoffen worden opgelost in het water, dat voor 96% uit water en voor 4% uit aminozuren, suikers en zouten bestaat (op basis van gewicht).<\/p><p>Medische implantaten worden niet vernietigd in dit proces. De metalen zijn schoon, gesteriliseerd en zien er na het proces weer als nieuw uit. Deze metalen worden gerecycled via een metaalraffinaderij om nieuwe materialen van te maken.
